Good morning, I hope and pray that your week is going well. Today's message "The Antidote for Sin" The meaning of Antidote is something that prevents or counteracts injurious or unwanted effects. I was presented with this questions, What prevents a person from fighting off the desires of their flesh? For there is a constant battle within us, between good and evil. So what is the antidote to fight off sin? Over the years of battling the desires of my flesh, I have come to the realization that when keeping God "YHWH" at the forefront of my life, the desire of my flesh seems to be further off in the distance and I become less likely to fall victim to sin. One may ask, how do you keep YHWH at the forefront of your life? I have found that the more time I spend in His presence the greater my understanding becomes of what He want for me. I have also learned that when engaged in sinful acts, it creates a distance between Him and I. This is when we open the door allowing Satin to have his way. For let us not forget that the enemy roams the earth to conquer and destroy. So, be sure to keep YHWH in the forefront of your life.
