Good morning, I hope and pray that you had a GREAT week. Today's message "Your Treasures" For a treasure is anything we value above all else and that which motivates us to action. For some it is money. For others it is power. Still other people strive for fame or attention. What is it that you treasure? The answer to this question speaks volume to where your heart is. The word tells us in Matthew 6:21 that for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. You think about that for a moment. We know that the things of this world are temporary and have an expiration date. While they may satisfy us temporarily, they are unstable and fleeting. Therefore let us strive to focus on the heavenly treasures. For we are warned not to store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. Maybe it's time to evaluate the treasures that you are seeking after and be sure they are more in line with the heavenly rather than the earthly. You think about that.
