Good morning, I hope and pray that your week is going well. Today's message "Stand Out or Blend In" To stand out is someone who is conspicuous in an area because of his or her refusal to conform with the actions, opinions, desires, etc., of the majority. To blend in is to mix smoothly and inseparably together. We, the children of our Heavenly Father have been called to live a set apart life. We have been instructed not to conform to the ways of the world, but rather to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. For we are called to walk by the Spirit, so that we will not gratify the desires of our flesh. This requires a continuous renewal of the mind. Therefore, let us seek the things above where our Messiah is seated at the right hand of our Heavenly Father. For He gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. I think it would be fair to say that we all desire to be accepted by others. But to what extent will you go to be accepted? Will you stand out or blend in? I pray that the desire of your heart will be to live a transformed life, a life that seeks the thing above and stands out. You think about that.
